• Identify and track tender and business opportunities in the public and private sectors, including the Central Procurement Board of Namibia, ministries, state-owned enterprises and regional bodies.
• Lead the full bid process: reading and analysing tender documents, preparing technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance and meeting every submission deadline.
• Manage supplier and partner engagement for quotations, pricing, specifications and local and international partnerships.
• Build and maintain client relationships, and represent the company in meetings, site visits and briefing sessions.
• Keep the tender register, compliance documents and company registrations current, including tax and social security good standing, BIPA and procurement portal registrations.
• Supervise, guide and develop the Principal Dealer.
• Report regularly to the Directors on the pipeline, bids submitted, outcomes and lessons learned.

• Degree or diploma in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or Commerce
• 5 years' tender or business development experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of the Public Procurement Act, 2015
• Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills
• Namibian citizen with a valid driver's licence, able to undergo security screening
