Uniform & Fabric Supply

Fabrics and uniform materials.

PSI supplies defence and service grade fabrics for uniform programmes: camouflage combat fabric, office wear suiting and operational duty fabric, each specified, tested and supplied to recognised international textile standards.

Every fabric grade is specified, tested and supplied through the same disciplined supply chain that moves our controlled equipment, from sampling and testing to rollout logistics.

PSI fabrics and uniform materials

Camouflage combat fabric · grade CP

70% cotton / 30% polyester · 280 GSM · 390-400 g/m. Cotton rich combat cloth with precision digital camouflage printing to the client’s approved pattern.

Tensile 450-600 N warp · abrasion 15,000-30,000 rubs · shrinkage 1-3% · air permeability 200-400 mm/s. Tested to ASTM D5035 / ISO 13934-1, ISO 12947, AATCC 135.

Office wear suiting · grade PW

65% polyester / 35% wool · 260-270 GSM · 375 g/m, charcoal blue. A formal duty suiting where wool adds resilience and drape and polyester carries strength.

Tensile 900-1000 N warp · abrasion 30,000-50,000 rubs · crease recovery good to excellent · shrinkage 1-2%. Tested to ASTM D5035 / ISO 13934-1, ISO 12947, AATCC 135.

Operational duty fabric · grade CP

60% cotton / 40% polyester · 220 GSM · 330-420 g/m, charcoal blue. A hard wearing daily duty fabric, breathable through long shifts with polyester strength.

Tensile 800-1000 N warp · abrasion 30,000-50,000 rubs · crease recovery good · shrinkage 1-2%. Tested to ASTM D5035 / ISO 13934-1, ISO 12947, AATCC 128 / 135.

Duty, combat and correctional uniform supply for institutional clients. We manage specification, fabric sourcing, sizing and rollout logistics through the same disciplined supply chain that moves our controlled equipment.
